AVELLA MOBILE NAIL CARE SERVICE POLICY & PAYMENT TERMS

Minimum Booking Requirements

Booking & Scheduling

Advance reservations and a non-refundable deposit are required to secure your appointment.
We recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance, and during peak seasons (especially summer),
3–4 weeks in advance.
For large events (e.g., corporate, spa parties, or special occasions), final payment and confirmed guest count are due 1–2 weeks before the event date.
Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend reserving early to ensure technician availability.

Weather & Special Locations

In the case of extreme weather or emergencies that prevent service, AVELLA MOBILE NAIL CARE will make every effort to reschedule at your convenience.
If your service location charges for parking (hotels, hospitals, etc.), applicable parking fees will be added to your final balance.

Payment & Deposit Terms

A 50% deposit (plus any applicable travel fees) is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is due 1 day before the scheduled service.
All payments and deposits are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.
Last-minute guest additions must be paid via credit/debit card or other accepted methods at the time of service. We are unable to accommodate unpaid additional guests.
A flat setup fee of $35 applies to each service location.
A travel fee of $1.50 per mile (round trip from zip code 92840) will be added to your total.
